We are, as divine and complex humans, in a constant state of flux, experiencing continuous change.
In this change, we use inflections to vary the shapes of our words,to express ourselves differently today from yesterdayand differently in this moment than in the one before.
We depend on our own thoughts and feelings to help us make sense of our experiences with others, and at the same time, we depend on others to make sense of our own selves.
Ultimately, we communicate out to communicate back in.
My part in all of this?
To foster a space to explore these beautiful paradoxes and share learning moments along the way.
The sociologist in me thinks we're all co-constructed beings that need each other. The communications professional in me says the best strategy is to navigate with kindness. The coach in me believes we must take time to deconstruct and reconstruct ourselves, so that we get closer to a truer version of who we are... the version that is waiting to be seen and heard.
